Morning vs Evening Training

Is it better to train in the morning or in the evening OR cardio morning and weights evening?
I thought it better to do alternate days (cardio one day and weights the other), but just not sure which time of the day would be best?

I think the best time of day to exercise is whenever you are most likely to do it! Working out in the morning is a good strategy because if you plan to do it later in the day, meetings, being busy and other things can get in the way, and it just doesn't happen. Plus, I find exercising in the morning sets me up for a good day and I am more likely to eat well too. But if you hate exercising in the morning and really enjoy going home from work via the gym, or you find it easier to duck out at lunch, then go for it.
