Group Training

Group fitness sessions are energetic, fun and result-driven for all group members (regardless of individual ability). We hold indoor and outdoor sessions at a range of locations. Each session lasts 45 minutes and involves:

  • Warm up with stretching
  • Boxing for fitness
  • Bodyweight exercises ( lunges, squats, pushups , tricep dips)
  • Running, walking, skipping and jumping
  • Team games
  • Core stability exercises
  • Cool down with stretches

All sessions cater for beginners to advanced, and are designed to be FUN.
