The Healthy Eating Planner
The Healthy Eating Planner provides an easy and practical way to manage your weight, and create healthy eating habits that last.
The planner combines proven advice from the Australian Dietary Guidelines with a calculation of how much energy you need each day to find out how much you need to eat to maintain your weight. The plan shows exactly how many portions you need from each food group, and how big your portions can be while still achieving your desired weight. This sensible plan assumes you’ll eat three moderate sized meals per day and as well as your own healthy snacks in between meals.
A food plan and a first week’s shopping list are provided to get you started. To help keep you on track, we include Portion Record Sheets for you to monitor your own intake as well as space to record your own physical measurements (and to see them drop!).
With the Healthy Eating Planner to guide you, within 12 weeks you will be well on your way to reaching and maintaining a healthy weight.
