12 weeks is a small portion of your life, but long enough to make impressive changes to your health, fitness and your body shape.

The Change for life program program is designed for all fitness levels from beginner to expert. Brand new to exercising? Start with the Beginners program, then at the end of 12 weeks you can progress to the Intermediate program. Already Advanced? Complete the program designed for your fitness level, then you’ll be read to move on to the Expert program.

The program comes with 12 weeks of suggested exercises and an exercise library specific to each fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert).

Charts to document your progress are integrated into the program. These records are essential for motivating yourself and celebrating your achievements!
